Dr. Dobson is an invited speaker at FESN-HNPS 2023 in Thessaloniki, Greece.
Federation of the European Societies of Neuropsychology will host their 2023 annual meeting in Thessaloniki, Greece this fall. The conference is in collaboration with the Hellenic Neyropsychological Society and will be held September 27-29. Dr. Dobson is honored to be a part of the symposium “Bridging Pediatric and Adult Neuropsychology to Advance Lifespan Science and Practice.”
Speakers include Dr. Ruchika Prakash (Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Brain Imaging at Ohio State University, USA), Dr. Sarah MacPherson (University of Edinburgh, Scotland), and Dr. Miriam Beauchamp (University of Montreal/ Brain & Development Axis, St. Justine Hospital research Center, Canada), and Dr. Dobson.
“I am excited and honored to join my colleagues in presenting this symposium,” states Dr. Dobson. “I will be discussing the role of neuropsychology in global clinical trials research and related interesting topics, including diversity and equity, generalizability of results, and trial participant selection process.”
Dr. Dobson will also highlight responsibilities related to neuropsychology, such as participation in important measurement decisions fine-tuned for the trial aims, test adaptation, and the criticality of the selected neuropsychological endpoints.
